Because every item is printed to order just for you, our return policy works a little differently than a big-box store.

We make it right

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong design, printing error), tell us within 14 days of delivery at toldyousosupply@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a refund — your choice.

Correctly-produced items

Items that were printed correctly as ordered are final sale — they can't be restocked, which is the industry standard for made-to-order goods. Please check the size guide before ordering apparel.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your card provider to post it.
